A Conversation with Florida Bulldog, with Kingsley Guy

February breakfast was originally scheduled to be an interview of Sen. Bob Graham, by Kingsley Guy. Due to Senator Graham’s contracting an upper respiratory infection, the breakfast was postponed.

Broward Bulldog Inc., doing business as the Florida Bulldog, is a nonprofit, independent and nonpartisan news organization that seeks to provide authoritative reporting in the public interest while upholding high standards of fairness and accuracy.

Dan Christensen founded Florida Bulldog in 2009 using the name Broward Bulldog. He is an award-winning former investigative reporter for The Miami Herald and Daily Business Review, and one of South Florida’s most experienced reporters

Tom Julin, attorney with Gunster Law firm, has litigated free speech issues of almost every type in Florida and around the country. He is dedicated to advocating the First Amendment rights of businesses. From the beginning of his practice to today, Tom has focused on advocating open government principles. More recently, he led a journalist’s campaign to declassify 28 pages of a Congressional report regarding the Saudi government’s possible support for the 9/11 terrorist attacks against the United States. The report had been kept secret for more than 13 years until declassified by President Obama in 2016.

Kingsley Guy, moderator, was employed by the SunSentinel for 30 years, including 23 as editorial page editor. His career included assignments in the Middle East, India, Russia and China. He has been a frequent guest on local radio and television shows.
