Healthcare Reform: Will it work and is it legal?

On March 26, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments on the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act, including mandates for individuals to have health insurance. Will Florida Governor Rick Scott fight the federal reform initiatives, such as insurance exchanges? Florida may cut Medicaid rates to providers, while expanding managed Medicaid. The “debate that never ends” will get a full hearing.
