Robert W. Barron is a commercial real estate attorney with significant corporate transaction experience with the law firm of Berger Singerman.  He works with borrowers, guarantors and lenders in attempting to work out or restructure distressed loans with an aggregate outstanding balance in excess of a billon dollars.  Robert's corporate transactions experience include acquisition and disposition of corporate businesses, venture capital investment and investment partnership transactions, formation and capitalization of start-up companies, including follow-up investment transactions, and asset -based corporate financing for corporate businesses.  Robert is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and is active in various community organizations and activities.
